  Pre-Inspected Property Inspection Scheduler
   
The Pre-Inspected Property Inspection is an inspection designed to assist the seller with marketing the property allowing it to be inspected and the report made available for purchase directly by potential buyers. There cost to the seller is $350. The seller will receive a verbal summary of any defects found during the inspection followed by a full written report. The seller is required to allow the home inspection company to display a yard sign in the front garden notifying potential buyers of the availability of the inspection report.
