  Mold Inspection

Generally if Mold is suspected within a property a Mold Inspection is required. Mold Inspections are limited and are carried out in agreed specific areas of the property, swab tests or air quality samples. The main purpose is to qualify through laboratory analysis of the sample or samples taken that Mold exists and what type of Mold is present. As soon as the results are processed specialist contractors should conduct the removal of the cause together with all mold, moisture and damaged furniture & fixtures. Additional costs are assigned for extra samples taken. Test samples are sent to Pro Laboratories for analysis; results are normally available within 7 – 10 days. If the whole property is to be Mold Screened a separate agreement will be entered on site before engagement and costs agreed.
